To check availability and start the conversation about your event, complete our Event Inquiry Form . We will get back to you within 2 business days to confirm availability of your desired date, discuss room rental details and answer any questions you may have about room setup, decorations and special requests.

We will hold a requested date for ten (10) days if the requested date is available.
If your event requires catering, we require the use of our preferred caterer, La Cuccina Catering.
- We will notify La Cuccina if food service is needed, and La Cuccina's Event Coordinator will reach out to you about your event. All catering-specific details will be handled by La Cuccina Catering.
- For your reference, here is La Cuccina Catering's 2025 Menu.
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, any event serving alcohol must use a RAMP-certified, fully insured bartending service. Certification and insurance documents are required in advance of your event. Banquet on Barnes does not provide bartending services, so clients are responsible for securing their own certified provider.
Please note: We reserve the right to deny alcohol service if proper certification and insurance documentation are not submitted in advance.
To finalize your rental, you will need to:
- Sign the Rental Lease Agreement (must be 21 or older).
- Pay the rental fee IN FULL by cash or check (made payable to Knead Community Cafe) for the selected room rental.
  - Cancellations made before 90 days prior to rental date will receive a refund of 50% of the rental fee.
  - No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 90 days prior to rental date.

For all of the above:

Maximum of 5 hours for rental, regardless of start time.
Banquet hall is available 2 hours before event for setup and 1 hour following event to remove items. All items MUST be removed the day of the event.
Conference Room is included at no additional cost with all weddings to serve as a staging area for the Bridal Party, and is available 1/2 hour before the event start time.
Knead Community Cafe and Courtyard may only be rented outside of normal business hours which are Tuesday - Friday 10am-2pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.
Alcohol cannot be served in the Courtyard, but may be consumed there.

All Other Events

Knead Community Cafe (no events before 3pm)....................................$ 500 flat fee

Conference Room........................................................................................$ 50/hour

Courtyard (seasonal)....................................................................................$ 300 flat fee

For all above properties:
